Kwabena Kwabena apologises to fans over his marital issues

Hi-Life musician, Kwabena Kwabena has apologised to his numerous fans who felt disappointed about that fact that he had had several issues concerning his marriage life.

Those issues, he said, were unfortunate and cropped up because he fell into the wrong hands from the beginning and therefore he went down on his knees to pray to God for a better woman.

Kwabena Kwabena speaking in an interview with Lexis Bill on Day Break Hitz on Hitz FM said, “in life sometimes you don’t get what you wish for. What you don’t wish for happens to you. It's rather unfortunate that something like that should happen to me but who knows, only God knows.

“I just apologise to anybody who felt disappointed about the fact that I have had issues about marriage but it was just unfortunate, I should say, and I can say confidently that I fell in the wrong hands from the beginning but I thank God I went on my knees I prayed to God.”

He said: “God knows my heart, God knows what I want, God knows I am a man who wants to raise a family and who wants to be a family man. So in no time God answered my prayer and gave me a better one.”

JAY FOLEY AND AMEYAW DEBRAH ROOTING FOR MORE BREASTS ON STAGE?

Initially I thought it was just a very honourable assessment of our entertainment industry in Ghana that got one of our finest TV presenters, Jay Foley to put up a status on facebook that read,’ OMG.. we need more theatrical events like UMOJA in GHANA. aint we all tired of all dem artiste on stage. they kwraaa they re tired. lol. ur views n shout outs r welcome. on air. y fm 107.7. sunday fresh show’. Immediately I wanted to tune in but since I was ‘church-face-booking’, I didn’t want to incur the wrath of God such that he would probably even close down facebook. I still thought about this topic as I sat in between a pretty young lady and a dozing old lady but then I thought of viewing the whole Foley profile only to realize the previous status read ‘oh my God guys the UMOJA IS full of breasts. I mean live. Ha ha ha lol. The legon porn is a joke. Lol’ I am not saying but then I thought probably the idea to have ‘more theatrical events like UMOJA’ is motivated by the need to see topless females. Then I came across freelance showbiz journalist and publicist, Ameyaw Debrah’s status which also read ‘Breast breast breast ön Umoja! Hum hum hum’, then I thought deeper. As to whether Ameyaw shares Jay Foley’s idea of more ‘UMOJA’s, I don’t know, what I know is they are both KNUST Alumni and in KNUST, except you work in the ladies bathrooms, you would hardly see a parade of ‘breasts’. So just maybe, breast fixation caused the need for this advocacy. And oh just for the record, as Jay Foley had gathered a lot of support from the over 20 commentees on his status, I saw his next comment go like ‘this is the spirit of 2getherness UMOJAAAAAAA hahahahaha’…

For Ameyaw, not much support of the idea reflected as the most notable comment went like ‘For the whole 2hrs is that the only thing u saw?’ Kinda like differences in interests! And oh, the first post his wall by a homo sapien specie that possesses ‘umojic elements(aka breasts) read ‘Sleepy head’. I didn’t know breasts could replace sleeping pills. So who adds to the list to advocate for breasts on stage?

I don't know whether you have also been caught in the latest 'beef' frenzy but i am a total fan of 'healthy beefs' in our music industry. Just for the record, taking up this story on my blog was necessitated by my love for the creativity Obrafour and Guru showed on the new Obrafour song, 'Kasiebo'( not necessarily the idea of the beef).
















So to shorten a long story, Obrafour has thrown the first punch with a new single, Kasiebo ft Guru. It strikes directly at Okyeame Kwame and Obour and anybody who sings along the song 'Killing the Game'.(my assessment!)

LEONA'S DREAM PUNCH

I know surely that one of her dreams was to be a superstar, i don't know whether she also had a dream that she would be punched whiles signing the 'Dreams'.





















Leona Lewis was reportedly punched in the face by a man, who is now in custody, after signing a copy of her new book, 'Dreams,' in London.
Lewis had been signing books and greeting fans for roughly 90 minutes before the unidentified man punched her, after having his book signed. Eyewitnesses told me, the man laughed as Lewis was whisked away and as he was arrested.

The Lick on Radio Xtacy returned last weekend with an avalanche of issues in music and showbiz. Issues discussed include the MTV hot MC's list (which Jay Z topped), the aftermath of the 4stye TV Celebrity Birthday Bash at the Genesiz Nite Club, the Billboard Chart, The Movie Chart and the personality interview segment which featured Caroline Sampson of Citi Fm and Hitz Video fame.


















Caroline was very honest and gave an indepth account of her life; including her crush on John Dumelo, her naughty club, parking lot and 'white house' stints.
Things on the show took a dramatic turn when Caroline accused the host, Lexis Bill of going on a G-String peeping expedition the night before the interview.

Kwabena Kwabena robbed should be the title of this piece....(off the record)...but hey...seriously, I just learnt that Kwabena Kwabena has been robbed. The last i heard of him, either he had issues with losing his wife or his wife losing him but this time, its he losing some Money (Local and Foreign currencies), jewelery, a laptop, digital camera and other valuable items.









Confirming the story to Mjoyonline.com, Kwabena Kwabena said “I left the house around 10 am that Monday morning to attend to some personal issues and I returned at around 2:30 pm just to find my door left ajar and my room ransacked.“

D-Black and Kwaku-T in new Reality show

Kwaku T and D-Black have been 'bad boys' for long...they've done it together for a long time and they are hitting it harder this time around with their own reality show on MTV Base. “It will be about our music, what we do and what we did during the recording of our album. “We started shooting it in July this year and it will be finished by December this year.














It is part of the promotion of our new album.” They are currently working on their new album which they said would be released in January 2010 and it would feature Wyclef, Sarkodie, Kwaw Kese, Reggie Rockstone and 2face.
